Section 20 Notice – Proceedings of courts, Tribunals, and Commissions may be authorised to not be required to be held in public

On 27 August 2021, a notice was issued by the Attorney-General, with the approval of the State Controller, under section 20 of the COVID-19 Act to authorise any alternative proceedings for hearings by the Tasmanian Civil & Administrative Tribunal (TASCAT) - Resource and Planning Stream (formerly RMPAT).
