Have your say - Break O'Day draft Local Provisions Schedule

The Tasmanian Planning Scheme is being rolled out across the State as the Local Provisions Schedule for each municipality is approved by the independent Tasmanian Planning Commission (the Commission).

You are invited to provide comment on the Break O'day draft Local Provisions Schedule (LPS) from  
11 October 2021 to 13 December 2021.The draft LPS and related documents are available on the Break O'Day Council website and the Commission's website.

You can make a representation to Break O'Day Council during the exhibition period.
