Have your say - Kentish draft Local Provisions Schedule

The Tasmanian Planning Scheme is being rolled out across the State as the Local Provisions Schedule for each municipality is approved by the independent Tasmanian Planning Commission (the Commission).

You are invited to provide comment on the Kentish draft Local Provisions Schedule (LPS) from 8 May 2023 to 7 July 2023. The draft LPS and related documents are available on the Kentish Council website and the Commission's website.

You can make a representation to Hobart City Council during the exhibition period.
